Video Converter is an Android application designed to convert, trim, crop, resize, and extract audio from video files. All media processing occurs 100% locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or process your media files on external servers or cloud infrastructure.

2. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Video Converter on your Android device in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to process, convert, or distribute content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities under applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property & Your Content

You retain full ownership and copyright of all video and audio files you process using Video Converter. We claim no ownership, rights, or license to any media files created or edited using the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Video Converter is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all media formats or hardware device encoders.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer (Naeem) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to loss of data, corrupted media files, or device instability.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as developer portfolio or support pages). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
